I gained an MA (Hons) Degree in printmaking from Edinburgh Art School, but returning home to the island after art school I have worked completely in painting with watercolours and acrylics. I get my inspiration from the island sea and landscapes, but I also enjoy painting portraits and animals. I have had a number of successful exhibitions on the island. I am happy to sell my original paintings, but most of my work these days is in card form, canvas and photo prints.
